Priceless.....

Two chickens instead of one - $10

Extra Drinking Water - $20

Sharing this week with Grandpa Bob - PRICELESS!!

Rob's dad arrived safely at 2:55 am Friday morning. The car and driver picked Rob up at 2:30 am, the hired liason at the airport got Bob smoothly thru entry/customs/visa/etc.

What a joy to wake up and share our days with him!!!

He's adjusted well (put me to shame - lol) and we're just "hanging out" so we don't do too much for two reasons - one, this many time zones IS tough on a body and two beccause it IS a short time, we want time to just "be."

Yesterday we got out to enjoy fresh homemade carrot cake at a local deli along with freshly squeezed juices and amazing coffees.

Celebrating the Christ corporately last night - priceless!!

Today Grandpa Bob got to watch his only grandson play soccer for the first time!!
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOUSTON! (lost by 3 pts..one pt because our goalie took the ball in with him - ugh! 2nd goal because our goalie was watching dragon flies - grrr! lol)

Tonight the big boys are going to a British club just to "be" while the kids and I head to a friends home for supper...our kids are same gender/age. Her hubby is working in Nigeria right now, so it works out well this evening!

PRICELESS.....

this last photo is one of our homeschooling buds.....opponents ON the field, buds OFF the field!
