Four!!!

We've been in Egypt together for four months now!!

Four Fun Photos From this week (stop gasping about the lack of padding - it's not an option, I've had to "get over" a lot of things)

Four Fabulously Nasty Notes from the Market Today

*Meat Department took a break to drink tea together - without washing hands first
you must see the bloody hands to appreciate this

*cashier was eating a sandwich, licking his fingers and typing away thru my order, nibble, lick, type, nibble, lick, type

*a brilliantly red fish longer than my arm was sliding out of the pile of ice in front of me down one aisle

*lamb brain was available today and locals were arguing over it

Four Favorite things about our home

*No infestation of cochroaches (yet)

*very quiet streets at night(comparing to 4 blocks away)

*My oven has never stopped working (yet)

*My washer doesn't have mold growing in it!

Four Reasons to Stay the rest of our tour

*Cindy and family

*Jonathan, Sarah and family

*Groceries Delivered for $1

*Freedom to worship the way God made me to worship, not in the way that the majority of on-lookers who are easily distracted, think I should worship Him

Four Reasons to Come back to America

*who SERIOUSLY thinks there's only 4 reasons?

*all of YOU!

*a lush back yard

*customer service

*one language

*etc, etc, etc, etc,

*NOT homeschooling ;)

When you do come home, you'll be on your knees every day thanking God for all your blessings and I'm sure you will never, ever take anything in your life for granted!

I love reading your blog. I read it to Kurt too and we have a good time discussing it. We love the pictures -- we almost feel like we are on this journey w/you, Wendy.
Kurt said instead of "lamb brains" it should be "lame brains"!! ha!

Hugs & kisses!
